Levy funds would be used for school safety
If the replacement educational programs and operations levy is approved, approximately 22% of the money would go toward school safety. Levy dollars would help pay for safety-focused positions including nurses; counselors; assistant principals, who oversee student discipline, among several more areas; and crossing guards.
Learn more by attending a presentation on Wednesday, Jan. 14.
All registered voters who live in the district will receive a ballot around Jan. 23. If you are not registered to vote, please visit the Clark County Elections Office website to find out how to get registered.
