Congratulations to Sarah Coleman, an English language arts and history teacher at Daybreak Middle School. Coleman has achieved certification by the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards. This prestigious accomplishment signifies a commitment to improving student outcomes through the use of data, educator content knowledge and enhanced teaching practices. Achieving certification is a rigorous and multistep process that includes portfolio submissions, assessments and evaluations.
Coleman is entering her 10th year in the district. She began her BGPS career at Maple Grove Primary before moving to Daybreak Middle School.
