What is L.O.L.A?

Laurin’s new, outdoor learning area, or LOLA, is an approximately 9000 Sq. Ft. area on the northernmost side of Laurin’s campus. This site, which had been overgrown with blackberry bushes, is being transformed from a pile of dirt to a beautiful garden.

The garden will include native trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants with a gravel walkway.

In the future, LOLA is to be a place where teachers and students can learn and work together outside.
