Brand Style Guide
The purpose of a Brand Style Guide is to help secure the professional and consistent use of a brand. This includes the school name, logos, and additional elements such as color scheme and typography, all of which are exemplified in the style guide.
These branding guidelines reflect Battle Ground Public Schools’ commitment to excellence by reinforcing the correct usage of all visual elements throughout all forms of communication. Branding guidelines are applied to all materials, whether print or digital. This includes newsletters, press releases, publications, presentations and marketing materials. Knowing how to use brand style guides ensures a consistent and controlled message and is essential in presenting a strong, unified image of the school.
Please follow these guidelines closely to ensure the brand is consistent across all communications.
Logos
Logos are the visual representation, one part of the branding. Logos tend to be the ‘icon’ that symbolizes the school’s history, culture, and values. It’s recognizable at a glance and is used on educational print media, school materials and gear, websites and other external communications. Laurin Middle School logos are transparent PNGs.

School and district logos are the intellectual property of Battle Ground Public Schools and copyrighted. If you are not a BGPS employee, and you would like to use these logos, please contact the Communications Department for permission. You may also request vector logos for printing.
